Possible causes:
- You logged out too soon.
When you log out, the printer aborts the print job to prevent that confidential documents are printed without supervision. Try to log in again. - You did not log in.
Place your HvA ID card on the card reader next to the user panel and wait until you hear a beep sound. Once you are logged in your job will be printed. - You are an HvA employee with an HvA card, but you work at a UvA workplace.
