With the reader registration form you place an order to add one reader in the HvA readershop. Only upload PDF files. The reader will be online after five working days.
- If you are uploading multiple files to be combined into one reader, please number these files so the ordering of the files is clear (e.g. 01-title-leaf.pdf, 02-content.pdf, 03-back page.pdf).
- If you want to add several readers, please fill in this form for each reader.
- Have you provided all text sections and any images with the correct source citation (e.g. in APA style)?
- Have you arranged all "long takeovers" with the UVO foundation?
