This academic year, a number of changes have been made to the print services for employees and students. Partly due to corona, print and repro supplier Canon has expanded the online services.
All of Canon's service channels are listed below:
Canon Webshop
The Canon web shop is a convenient way to order readers, theses, project reports, booklets, posters and roll-up banners. Since 6 December, the webshop is replaced by a new version. The webshop remains accessible via hva.canon.nl
Improved self-service via the online Help Centre
The Help Centre is the central point for all print and repro questions. Newly added: the Canon Webshop, overview of all Canon contact details and locations and news & updates on Canon services.
Copyshop
Since 1 November 2021, the Copyshop at location Kohnstammhuis is the only physical repro location on campus. You can go here for printing and binding of small ('ready while you wait') assignments and for help and repro advice.
Canon Service Desk
At the Copyshop at location Kohnstammhuis you will also find the Canon Service Desk. Here you can collect orders from the Canon Webshop, get personal advice on repro issues and request quotes. Employees can also contact the service desk to make an appointment on location or via video call.
