If you are logged in the Canon Webshop, you can view the status of your order under Order history.
The following statuses may be displayed:

Shopping cart = the order is in shopping cart but the payment has not been completed yet.

Ordered = the payment has been completed and will soon be taken into production.
- Processed = the order has been handed over to the postal or delivery service (you can expect your parcel the next working day) or you can collect it from the Canon Service desk. In both cases, you will receive an e-mail.|
